Salary Range: $85,000-$185,000

Analyst, Management III (ANM3): AFORGE is seeking an experienced ANM3 to provide senior program-management and operational support to NSWC Crane Code GXP and SSP stakeholders at the Washington Navy Yard. This Key Personnel position integrates schedules, technical-review activities, organizational coordination, decision data, meeting governance, and action management across multiple organizations supporting complex Navy programs.

Clearance: Active Secret at time of award; must remain eligible for Top Secret/SCI

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate multi-organization program activities, technical reviews, working groups, and milestone events supporting SSP systems engineering and acquisition objectives.
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules; identify dependencies, critical paths, resource conflicts, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
Manage Systems Engineering Technical Review planning, including schedules, agendas, data calls, entrance and exit criteria, briefing materials, participant coordination, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate meetings; prepare and distribute agendas and minutes; capture decisions and action items; assign ownership; track status; and drive actions to closure.
Collect, review, synthesize, and analyze programmatic, technical, schedule, resource, and cost information to provide clear recommendations to Government leadership.
Prepare executive-level program reviews, decision briefs, milestone charts, correspondence, consolidated data packages, status reports, and operational assessments.
Facilitate coordination among SSP offices, NSWC Crane, technical branches, program managers, engineering teams, prime contractors, and other Government organizations.
Maintain disciplined document, records, and configuration control for schedules, review artifacts, meeting records, action trackers, and program-management products.
Monitor performance against plans and commitments; identify emerging issues and risks; and support development and tracking of mitigation and recovery actions.

Required Skillsets and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
Ten or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis, including significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Program-management experience coordinating multiple organizations, managing program schedules and major Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, and managing agendas, minutes, and action items through closure.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at the time of award and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Ability to work onsite at the Washington Navy Yard and communicate effectively with senior Government, technical, and industry stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Engineering Management, or another relevant advanced degree.
Fifteen or more years of relevant professional experience.
DoD program-management experience coordinating multiple organizations and major systems-engineering reviews.
Advanced experience managing integrated schedules, review governance, meeting records, and action-item closure for complex Navy programs.
